A proper website, written down, at a price you can pay.

Agencies often charge thousands for a basic site. I keep the look serious and the invoice in the hundreds. Fixed packages. $60/hr only when we leave the scope.

Why it costs that

Starter is a tight site for a sole trader. Business is the usual cafe, salon, clinic, or trade job. Growth is more pages and booking tools. Care is optional after launch, from $19 a month.

Move the sliders. Then email or call — the number is not a contract.

How a job runs

  1. Day 1

Call or email. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a price.

  2. Start

Half up front. I start. You see real pages, not a deck.

  3. Build

Revision rounds are in the package. Extra asks are $60/hr or a small quote.

  4. Launch

Other half when it is live on your domain. You tap it on your phone first.

In the package

  • Written scope before you pay
  • The pages listed in the package
  • Mobile-first build
  • Enquiry form or tap-to-call
  • Basic SEO titles
  • SSL and a fast load
  • The revision rounds written on that package

Not in the package

  • Stock photo libraries you have to rent forever
  • A full brand identity (logo refresh is an add-on)
  • Paid ads management
  • Copying another business’s site
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Work outside the signed scope at package price

Why people book here

You talk to Justin

Email and phone on every page. No account manager theatre.

Fixed scope, honest price

The package stays the package. $60/hr only outside it.

No hidden platform fee

You are not rented to a builder. Hosting is plain.

Mobile first

Most of your customers are on a phone. The site is too.

Fast and searchable

Speed, titles, a sitemap. Not a 12MB theme.

Accessible enough to use

Contrast, headings, tap targets. Not a trophy, a baseline.

Australia hours

Weekday replies in AU time.

I’ll say no

If a template is enough, or you need an app, I will not take the job.

Services

Straight answers

Why not Wix or Squarespace?

Fine for a stall at a market. You hit a wall when you need a real offer, speed, or a form that is not fighting the theme. The monthly fee never stops.

Why not Fiverr?

You can buy a logo and a theme. You cannot buy someone who will tell you the page should not exist. I am on the phone after launch.

Why not an agency at $5k?

Plenty of good agencies. You are paying for their rooms and their process. I keep the site looking serious and the invoice in the hundreds, because the workflow is lean — not because the pages are cheap.

I already have a site.

Good. We keep the domain and anything that already works. The rebuild is for the parts that do not get the call.

Can I update it myself?

Yes for copy and photos after handover. Bigger layout changes are a Care request or $60/hr so it does not break.

Who owns the site?

You do. Domain in your name. Code and content are yours when the invoice is paid.

Will I show up on Google?

I set titles, headings, and Search Console. I do not sell a page-one promise. Rankings follow a clear site and a real business.

What happens after launch?

You can stop. Or Care from $19/month for updates and backups. Extra work is quoted or $60/hr.

What if I need changes later?

Basic Care is security and backups. Business Care includes 30 minutes of edits. Outside that, $60/hr or a fixed quote.

If the site is quiet, the phone is quiet.

Email or call. If it is not a fit, I will say so.
